Michelin Guide Dinner Series kicked off with Chef Melissa Perello and Chef Josef Centeno of Michelin star restaurants Octavia in San Francisco and Orsa & Winston in Los Angeles.  Both chefs collaborated to create a unique and incredible menu displaying their signature cooking styles.  The menu was paired with perfect wines from Smith Madrone.  Since I don’t eat red meat, the chefs created a special truffle pasta dish for me that was so yummy!  Below are all the dishes they served!  I included the locations of both their restaurants below!
