I had an absolute ball at the Michelin Guide Tasting LA. Michelin Guide made its way to California and hosted a tasting at Spring Place in Beverly Hills with 7 amazing restaurants: The Bazaar by Jose Andres, Broken Spanish, Rossoblu, Salazar, 189 By Dominique Ansel, Animal and Jitlada. It was a 4 hour walk around tasting with each restaurant showcasing their best dishes. I brought my food partner in crime, my mama of course, and we had so much fun trying all the goodies. I absolutely love trying new restaurants, it’s literally one of my favorite hobbies, so these tastings are so nice because it gives you an opportunity to see what restaurants you really enjoy!
A few of my favorites were the hamachi crudo with lime sorbet from 189 By Dominique Ansel, the Spanish octopus from The Bazaar by Jose Andres, and all the thai food from Jitlada! So yummy! Check out our food tastings below. Have any of you tried any of these restaurants?
